EMS2:

YINCAE has developed the plastic additives EMS2 series to be used for injection molded processes. The EMS2 series can enhance the flow of plastic during injection molded processes, help molecular chain orientation, reduce molding shrinkage, and improve mechanical properties. It can be applied to thermoplastic resins such as polycarbonate, and liquid crystal polymers (LCP). Implementing EMS2 provides advantages that include higher strength, improved thermal resistance, enhanced rigidity, reduced warpage, and better malleability.
